How Custom Embroidery Works
Getting your apparel embroidered is simple. Send us your logo or design, choose the garments, colours and quantities you need, and we’ll prepare your artwork for embroidery. Once the details and mockup are approved, your order moves into production for embroidery, quality checking and completion.
Artwork & Embroidery Setup
Before a logo can be embroidered, the artwork may need to be converted into an embroidery-ready file through a process called digitizing. This determines how the design will be stitched, including stitch types, direction, density and other details. We review your artwork and prepare it for embroidery to help achieve a clean result on the selected garment.
Embroidery Pricing & Minimum Orders
Custom embroidery orders have a low 3-piece minimum. Pricing varies based on stitch count, design size, garment type, quantity and the number of embroidery locations. More detailed designs with higher stitch counts require additional production time and may cost more. A one-time $15 digitizing fee applies to each new logo or design. Once your design has been digitized and approved, there is no additional digitizing fee on future orders using the same embroidery file.

Turnaround Time
Our standard embroidery turnaround time is approximately 5 business days after artwork approval and order details are confirmed. Turnaround may vary depending on order quantity, design complexity and garment availability.
Need it sooner? Rush embroidery service may be available with a 2–3 business day turnaround for an additional 30% rush fee. Rush orders are subject to garment availability and production capacity, so please confirm your deadline with us before placing your order.
